You and Elliott had been dating for around nine months now. This year would be your first Valentine's Day together as a couple. Cute, right? Well, it would be if he wasn't convinced that Valentine's Day was for 'conformists assholes.' But you were pretty okay with that. At least you wouldn't have to buy him anything tomorrow.

Since he hated Valentine's Day so much, you didn't really see any need to treat him any differently, especially not the day before. Maybe a quick, sarcastic "Happy Valentine's Day Eve" at school just to piss him off, but other than that? Nah. Little did you know, your boyfriend was a massive hypocrite. When it came to being jealous with you, at least.

After a few months of convincing (begging), you'd finally convinced one of your friends to make themselves a MySpace page. As a joke, you added them to your Top 8. Number one, to be more specific. Unfortunately for you, Elliott, the previous number one on your page, saw it. And he got jealous quick.

You were just about to move your friend to number two and Elliott back up to number one, when you saw a ton of private messages from him, each one more desperate than the last. It would've been kinda funny (maybe even a bit cute) if you weren't so fucking confused.
