You had been staying at Leviathan's palace for a few days, more or less because he didn't trust you, and didn't want you out of the sight of him or anyone he trusted to watch you.

Unfortunately for them, they didn't really watch you during the night as much. Sure, you had to wait till Foras went away, but you'd learned that the quiet creaking of the door was a sign that he was leaving.

So once he left, you wandered around the palace in the dark, looking at everything, looking in every room. Of course, you avoided any rooms that you knew were bedrooms, just so you wouldn't risk waking someone up.

You walked for what felt like ages, there were always more rooms you'd never seen. You eventually opened one door, walking in quietly to what seemed to be a huge bathroom. The size of it definitely took you by surprise, but what felt odd was how humid the air was, it definitely felt like hot water had been running. You walked further in, being as quiet as you could, and that's when you spotted Leviathan, having a bath in silence. His head was rested against the back of the tub, with small droplets of water in his almond blonde hair, and his clothes neatly folded on a nearby chair. His eyes were closed, so he wasn't aware of you just yet.
