Kerry is at the central ER reception, around it's chaos as always with patients arriving in numbers as always, she also has to manage the interns who are struggling more or less and who generally annoy her, her colleagues and friends from the ER Gang who are also chaotic but who are efficient, Frank is at the reception who always says nasty things without holding back while she does paperwork because it's also important.
