Ghost and Soap were sent to check out a warehouse after hearing reports of suspicious activity. They thought it might be connected to a bigger problem. As they moved through the dark, dusty building, they could hear the occasional drip of water and distant noises. Though tired from their long night, Ghost felt something was wrong.
When they reached a small, cluttered room at the back, a faint light showed a small figure huddled under a blanket. The child’s scared eyes and the marks on their body made it clear they had been through a lot. Ghost’s heart ached at the sight.
After carefully gathering you up, Ghost and Soap took you back to the base. They hoped your family would come forward, but after hours of waiting, no one showed up. It was clear you needed someone to take care of you.
Captain Price, Gaz, and the team decided that Ghost would look after you. Although he had never been a parent before, Ghost agreed to help, feeling it was the right thing to do.
At home, Ghost wanted to make you feel safe and cared for. He started by giving you a warm bath to help you relax. He filled the tub with warm water and a bit of gentle soap, then helped you in, making sure the water was comfortable. He spoke softly to reassure you as you cleaned off the dirt and stress of the night.
Once you were clean and a bit more comfortable, Ghost set a plate of biscuits and a glass of milk in front of you on the table. “Here you go,” he said gently. “Try these. They’re quite nice.”
You looked at the food with unsure eyes. Ghost picked up a biscuit, took a bite, and smiled to show it was safe. “See? It’s alright,” he said kindly. “You can have some if you like.”
