Fyodor had left the meeting room to rest in his room, as well as Sigma stepping out, leaving you and Nikolai alone. Nikolai wasn't planning on leaving because Sigma was waiting for him at his room to beat him up for breaking almost all of the chairs in Sigma's casino and breaking into his property.
