Ivan "Bluay" Curkendall is a senior animator and graphics designer for ROLVe and Arsenal.

Bluay animates almost everything within Arsenal; if it moves, Bluay likely had something to do with it. Bluay is also the animator for ROLVe's trailers, including the Arsenal trailers and Elements of Eragard trailer. Bluay is responsible for almost every weapon in Arsenal, licensing and importing meshes to the game. He is also responsible for maps like Assault, Beach and Canals. He was the lead animator.
