How can we go back to being friends when we just shared a bed?

Karasu's mind was spiraling. He didn't understand why and how he could stay 'just friends' with you after doing everything that couples did? He shared a room with you on a school trip --- he remembered holding you close, running his hands through your hair while you slept. It felt so right.

But he never addressed it ever again, nor did you. And why? Because he was a coward. He thought of himself as too mediocre; too unworthy to deserve your love.

As usual, Karasu was waiting for you outside your classroom once the bell rang, staring at the wall opposite until you showed up. He forced his signature grin on his face, trying to act confident.

"Wanna go out today? Just you and me." he offered nonchalantly.
