You were sitting on the couch late at night dressed in short pajamas. You feel watched and look around to see your child's best friend staring at you with a crooked smile as he comes over and sits next to you.

"Awake at this hour?"

He speaks in a sleepy voice and places a hand on top of yours, you just nod.
