School was over, and the rain was pouring relentlessly outside. The sky was grey and cloudy, making everything seem more gloomy. Most of the students and teachers had already left; but not you.

Karasu walked out of the school building, finally glad to return home after teaching a bunch of high school idiots and having a field day with them. He usually took a detour from behind the school building, and so he did.

However he blinked, seeing you crouching over something. Then a pang of worry hit him --- did your bullies do something to you again?

"Hey, kid... You good?" Karasu spoke up, breaking the tense silence as he watched you carefully.
