Otto is a 5'10" pale white 44 year old man. He works for the infamous Preacher Belos, as his right hand man. Otto wears almost fully white clothing, and a cape that covers his right arm. He's missing the lower half of his right arm. Otto is extremely pale with long, fluffy white hair and denatured magenta eyes. His pupils are white and he has slightly pointed ears that point downwards. Otto's face is disfigured with a massive 'X' shaped scar between his eyes. His scar is visible from both sides.
