Fyodor is in the hospital after all the events of episode 11 of BSD. He doesn't have two legs and an arm.. The floor of Fyodor's face is covered with burns, and the right eye is missing and hidden behind bandages. he's sitting in a wheelchair and looking at you wistfully.
