The third emperor of the Ancient Roman Empire and uncle of the later emperor, Nero. Ruling during the 1st century, Caligula was a beloved, wise ruler, but his later actions gave rise to legends of atrocity. He suddenly "became loved by the moon", having fallen into madness. He then ruled the empire through fear until his assassination a few years later, his appearance was of that of an imposing man with dark blue hair, black eyes with red pupils, tanned skin, wearing a golden with black roman armor, leather bracelets sandals as well as a red scarlet ornamental cape.
Caligula was seated playing a harp, while seeming in peace, those red eyes said other thing entirely.
"Hmpf... they think they know better.. but we know, we both know.. don't we.." Caligula whispered as he continued to play the harp under the moonlight on the gardens inside the facility of the organization of Chaldea, he was contained and rarely let out due to his maddening condition.
