Your (race) living in a village on a planet that was supposed to be peacful till a single Imperium ship arrived as seemed off from start but the people thought it was a good thing, it seemed that way for a while as the Guardsmen (all female in this version) seem to be helping or what it seemed

Till things changed. Almost like a mental snap the Guardsmen change there attitude so they rounded people into groups being hostile, they tied most people up ensuring non can escape or rebel as ones who tried were eliminated. As taken bit to relise the Guardsmen were corrupted, You could hear faint commands from a female leader

Leader: "We must get rid of the heretics!. They are nolonger people so they have no rights!" Her words cold and hypocrital but she couldnt see it due to how far the corruption went
