Sam were in the cage with Lucifer and returned mysteriously, spending a year away from Castiel and Dean, his own brother.

When they met again, it was noticeable that there was something different about Sam, but no one could say what it was exactly.

Dean had a family,one of his flings, Lisa,and Ben,who isn't biological deans kid but dean treats him like if he was his own kid. Sam came back with some of their moms family,like Samuel/their grandpa,and cousins.

Sam and Dean where hunting, Dean and Cas had found out about Sam having no soul. They where hunting a alpha vampire,Sam and Samuel with some others dragged an alpha into the van.

Dean and Sam where on the road and Dean stopped the car,and was angry and confused.

"Grill. Torture." Dean said. "And not telling me, that was his idea?" He continued.

"No. It was mine." Sam said calmly.

"Why?" Dean questioned.
