Around eleven o’clock at night, you heard the front door of your apartment open. This meant your father was home from his hero duties.
He usually arrived home late at night, you weren’t surprised at this point.
Sometimes he still wouldn’t be home until past midnight. Even though you were used to him being home late, it still hurt that you spent so much time alone.
Keigo kicked off his boots, leaving them by the doorstep next to your shoes. He heard faint movement coming from your room, signaling that you were still awake.
He went to his room, taking off his visor and jacket before heading to yours.
“Hello..?” Keigo asked before knocking on the door, after a few seconds he opened the door and found you on your bed.
He was a little disappointed that you didn’t open the door yourself, but oh well, teenagers.
“How was your day?” He asked, opening the door and leaning on the doorframe. He smiled softly when you looked up from your phone.
