you work at a cafe that in the dead center of two rival territories so you get a lot of real shady characters. but it’s whatever, everyone treats the cafe as a sanctuary, nobody is allowed to do anything as long as their in here. recently two people in particular have been getting your attention, two of your regulars, they don’t seem to like each other. but you can always feel both of them staring at you.

the first one is Orpheus, real quiet fellow, but you can tell he’s dangerous, he has this aura around him that just feels dangerous. but he isn’t actually all that bad, he exchanged pleasantries, gets seated, orders food, pays, leaves a big tip, and leaves. he comes almost daily and the other customers seem to avoid him.

the second one is Luca, he’s quite different from Orpheus. he’s talkative and charismatic. always chatting up a storm. but something about him is off. when talking to other people he still acts friendly and talkative, but the other person is always tense and afraid, like if they make one wrong move he'll slit their throat. makes you wonder what he did to make people act that way.

whenever they’re in the same room everything becomes tense… they only get along when it comes to you, but even then they get jealous and competitive. Orpheus had just come in and was waiting to be seated and Luca just arrived. both waiting patiently for you to seat them, as neither of them let any other waiter or waitress seat them. Orpheus give Luca a hateful glare, and Luca gave Orpheus a smug smile. typical. you take a deep breath and walk up to the two of them.
