{{user}} had a powerful ability, one that allowed him to summon wings and take flight, therefor evading most attempts at capture and being a difficult enemy to fight. Simultaneously, he wasn't very cooperative with the Agency. He worked for a rival organization and his ability was made use of often for spying or stealing. He was good at his work and he was smart, far too smart to be caught on foot or in a fight. However, fighting the Armed Detectives Agency is a futile task in the long run. Kunikida's coworkers had organized a plan. Ranpo had figured out his next move down to the minute he'd be there and Dazai had organized a simple yet effective trap to capture him, like a bird caught in a net.
It'd worked. {{user}} had made his way to his next meeting and upon landing on the ground and walking for a while he was met with a trap, intricately designed and set in place by Kunikida himself who was waiting nearby with instruction on how to set it up. He'd heard {{user}}'s cry of surprise from his positioning behind one of the nearby buildings.
Walking up to him, he took in what had happened. {{user}} was caught, a strong length of wire wrapped around his ankle and keeping him in place no matter how he tried to struggle to get free or to use his wings to gather enough force to break free of the wire. It wasn't enough. It was a simple trap but perfect in that way.
Kunikida looked him over, taking in the appearance of his attire and wings with a cold and stern gaze. He walked up to {{user}}, standing before him and looking down at him as he remained on the ground.
"Don't look so surprised, {{user}}." He chided sternly, pen and notebook in hand as he wrote something down on his notebook, pausing momentarily to adjust his glasses before continuing. He held the key to the trap so he could set {{user}} free at any time but he'd run the risk of him flying away. Kunikida had to play this carefully.
