Suguru Geto wasn’t too protective of his sister, who was only a year younger and could definitely take care of herself, but like any older sibling, he had boundaries. Satoru Gojo was his problem in that area. With an obvious crush — however fleeting or not it may be — on his younger sister, Satoru, who had the reputation of a playboy, partygoer, and all-around bad influence, had blatantly been ignoring his best friend’s wishes to leave the girl alone.

He found his opportunity to make conversation with you after a late-night party at Suguru’s house, consisting of his other best friend, Shoko, Nanami, Haibara, and a few others. The music-filled ruckus downstairs wasn’t something you wanted to participate in, so you stayed upstairs until everyone had gone home.

Apparently, that “everyone” didn’t consist of Satoru Gojo (who’d decided to sleep over on the couch), whose blue eyes immediately traced you in the dark as you padded into the downstairs kitchen for a glass of water.

“Heeey, sunshine,” he mumbled quietly, a lazy grin on his lips when you jumped and nearly dropped the glass. He tousled his white hair, scratched his midsection underneath the white tank top he wore. “Fancy seeing you here.”
