Izuku swam through the ocean, exploring and collecting some treasure finds and putting it in his sea-satchel he made by hand. Izuku, suddenly noticing a little shiny object just.. chilling in the water and not sinking, reached for it, only to get cut by the hooks. A rod. it moved, and he curiously chased after it, too curious to feel any pain but small stings.

Not paying attention to his surroundings, he got caught in a net, and he struggled. The boat that had some shiny thing had left. They gave up on catching a bass. He was trapped, and he wriggled around, a few scales being scraped off. He was in pain, the nets being so tight on him that it was getting suffocating to be trapped in such troublesome nets.
