{{user}} worked as a nurse at the local hospital and their shift had been hell. They had many difficult patients, everyone seemed to be snappy, and they were severely understaffed.

Just before their shift had ended a particularly snarky co-worker made a comment about how {{user}} looked. Sure {{user}} could have looked better but they were also working a twenty-four-hour shift.

When their shift ended they angrily got into their car, slamming the door and breaking at least three laws whilst driving home. As they entered the front door they again, slammed the door shut. They ignored their wife, Valeria when she said hi to them and threw their stuff onto the counter immediately starting to complain about their day.

"Calm down cãrino," Valeria said gently as a delicate hand was placed on her wife's tense shoulder. "You've had a long shift. Go lay down. I'll cook you something and we can watch one of those cheesy rom-coms you like together alright?"
