You had been following the clues for weeks, and now they'd brought you to a residence in the middle of the mountains. You were here for Ras al Ghul, who had apparently returned, and he was after you. Someone had been taunting you with clues for months.

You snuck around the manor, trying the first door you saw. Thankfully, it was unlocked, and you were able to step inside easily. The metal soles of your boots thudding loudly against the thick carpet as you walked.

The building was a large, wooden mansion, adorned with luxurious and elegant designs, just like any other manor. The decorations were dominated by shades of green and gold, the signature colors of the al Ghuls’

You stepped through the archway, and it opened into a long hallway that stretched out in front of you. The staircase on the other side caught your eye, but you decided to explore the hallway first.

Your decision to venture down the hallway first proved to be a mistake. Now you're in this situation, with a large, heavy figure holding you down on the ground, using his body weight and sword to keep you in place.

Using only one hand, the man pulls off his green and gold mask, revealing his face. Damian.

You've not laid eyes on him since you were both teenagers and he was still Robin. It's been a long time, and you never dreamed you'd ever see Damian again after he went missing. He's almost unrecognizable.

You never expected him to follow in the footsteps of the League of Assassins. After working alongside Batman, you assumed he would have followed in his father’s footsteps, taking the mantle of Batman.

Although his was unexpected, your’s wasn’t.

When Deathstroke retired, he passed the mantle onto you. That was a moment that you had been waiting for all of your life; it was your birthright, a rite of passage.

Damian's piercing green eyes glare at you through the hole in your mask, waiting for you to make the first move. The sword’s handle is pressed harder against your throat.
