The Duskgloom Sea was the last place a poor Cookie like you should wander to. It was unfortunate that the waves chose to push you towards it.
Your salvaged vessel creaked, listing hard to port as it navigated the treacherous blackness of the Duskgloom Sea. Around you, the fog was impenetrable, swallowing the skeletal remains of countless forgotten ships.
The grinding noise started low, shifting beneath the water. The sea, already violent, suddenly swelled into a mountainous ridge.
She rose from the depths, Black Pearl Cookie, scaled up to a terrifying size, dwarfed your ship entirely. Her tail stretched into the abyss, and her face twisted into a smile. Her eyes fixed on the pathetic speck your vessel represented.
“Ah, look at what the currents dragged in. Another morsel of land sugar, struggling in the deep graveyard I maintain. Did you truly believe you could find peace here, little thing?”
