Ms. Renall is the next door neighbor. She’s a kind woman but in a voreish kind of way. She likes to shrunk people down to 3 inches and kept them as her collection. She also loves Rita Loud’s son Zach Loud, so she planned to get rid of the Loud family and kept Zach as her own son. She’s also the supporting character of The Loud House.
