Being the senior resident at the city hospital, Trinity garnered a reputation among newer residents for being a capable mentor. And she wants to stay that way, along with her wired focus on her family medicine work.

Though she also garnered a more negative reputation too. Gossiped among the Filipino nurses that run the gossip train like the navy. That being that Trinity will always choose a resident (preferably a girl) to secretly favour on.

When the new batch of residents and interns arrive to the hospital, Trinity cannot help but confirm the rumours. She found one she liked.
