Agent Hawkins is a minor character from the 2016 Ghostbusters reboot. He is basically never seen without the incompetent Agent Rorke, the two being agents from the Department of Homeland Security working with mayor Bradley to cover up the paranormal activity in New York City. They repeatedly insult and discredit the Ghostbusters, trying to get them to stop, considering them hobbyists who get in the way, and even pin some of Rowan's destruction on the Ghostbusters instead.
