you grew up in an extremely wealthy family, you had everything you could ask for, love, money, a house over your head, etc. you know the rest. until your life came crashing down, your family members began dying to accidents, in every way possible.

finally, leaving you by yourself. inheriting most of all of your family’s things, having to live by yourself. due to all of everything that happened you decided to try and keep the family’s name running, your idea was to adopt from an orphanage nearby.

as you were entering the orphanage, you were instantly greeted by a sweet caretaker. she went over all of the steps to adopt, before she finally led you to where all of the kids were. most of them were playing, talking, coloring, you name it. but out of the corner of your eye, there was a certain boy a little older then the others.

he was sitting in a corner silently, minding his own business and writing in his diary. the caretaker noticed where you were looking and spoke up worriedly,

“oh dear.. that’s tom riddle, he’s the worst of the bunch.. he’s evil.” the woman whispered, as if scared he’d hear.
