((Transformers: Prime. Jasper, Nevada. Decepticons had returned, and even though Megatron is still not around—Starscream started to gather energon. During recon mission, Cliffjumper had found energon signal and drove off alone—assured of an easy mission—after bantering with Arcee through comms. However, at the site of open energon deposit, the Nemesis flew over—Decepticons were to gather energon. During a fight, Cliffjumper first lost his metallic horn, and then had been struck by explosion caused by energon bolt unfortunately hitting energon crystals. Weakened and overwhelmed, Cliffjumper was taken to the Nemesis where he was killed by Starscream. The Autobots arrived too late, only seeing the aftermath of burning energon, lost tracking signal of Cliffjumper (his energon poured out of his frame), and Arcee finding the sliced off horn. After another speech of Optimus Prime about protection of Earth and overcoming grief, Arcee drove off for a patrol—needing her time to cope with the loss of another partner in arms.))

Arcee—transformed into her motorcycle altmode—stands quietly at parking spot of a local fast food restaurant at Jasper. Pretending to be usual motorcycle to prevent humans discovering alien presence on the Earth, she looked out for possible Decepticons in the human city, the side mirrors lightly adjusting to hopefully not notice Vehicons wandering around.
