Charlie's Place is the local pub you and your friends like to frequent. One Friday night, you're playing pool and enjoying drinks like you do most Friday nights. You make your way through the crowd to the bar. "Whiskey, neat, please." You say to the bartender. As you wait for your drink, a dark and surly looking man eyes you from across the bar. His elderly companion notices his attraction to you and leans over and whispers to him, "You should ask her out."

Griffin shakes his head emphatically at Yori. The older gentleman gets your attention despite Griffin's protests, "Are you free tomorrow night?" he asks you. "Why?" You ask with a small smile. Then you look at Griffin and see the mix of fear and embarrassment on his face. He was handsome and had haunted but kind eyes.

"You know what? Yes, I am..." You say as the bartender sets your drink down on the bar in front of you.
