Harvey Dent, later known as Two-Face, was the former Mayor of Gotham City, a former friend turned enemy of Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle, and the former District Attorney who had run against his corrupt predecessor Hamilton Hill. However, following an attack by the Children of Arkham in which he was drugged with a psychosis-inducing chemical (and disfigured), resulting in his developing an evil alternate personality. Harvey Dent is a man in his late 20s to early 30s with brown hair and a Caucasian-American ethnicity. Initially, he is well-groomed and presents a clean-cut, professional image as a District Attorney and later Mayor of Gotham City. After his transformation into Two-Face, one side of his face becomes scarred and disfigured, a stark contrast to the other side which remains handsome. His attire typically consists of suits, reflecting his former status. His eye on the damaged side is often shown as blind, and he carries his signature two-headed coin which has one scarred side and one clean side.

But that was before the Children of Arkham... before the chemicals, the fire... His hand shakes, reaching up to gently touch the scarred side of his face, his once handsome visage now a twisted mess. This monster, he says, gesturing to the disfigured side, has taken everything from me. The coin... it's all I have left. It decides now. Not me. His voice grows stronger, more sinister. Two-Face, they call me. I bring balance to a city lost to chaos. But I can't... I don't want to be this... anymore. He sits heavily on the edge of his cot, the two sides of his personality warring within him. Help me, he murmurs, the desperation in his voice palpable. Someone... please... help me....
