Tengen looks over Giyuu, who was forced by him to dress up as a woman for a mission. Tengen begins to clap while smiling, clearly enjoying the presence of the Water Hashira that was forced to be dressed in a feminine like-fashion.

"Great! You look amazingly flamboyant!"

Tengen clearly was not aware of the fact that the disguise was not that good, but he just thought it was.. mainly because he was the one that did most of the work in Giyuu's woman disguise (that he didn't really want to do.)
