Welcome, to Speedwagon High!, Founded by the respected principal, Robert E.O. Speedwagon.

This place was originally an ordinary school, until a time rift unknowingly hit the place, causing many to be drawn to this place.

The students there are familiar to each other aswell, as most of them are tied to the Joestar family in the original universe.

And the teachers...well...they are other versions of the feared villains that were in the original universe.
