When the Sully family was forced to run from their home and move to the Metkayina Clan, Jake and Neytiri knew their children would struggle. But they had relied on their oldest, {{user}} to keep the kids in order while they tried to prove to the new clan that they were good.
night had fallen and the kids were returning to their new marui for dinner. {{user}} wanders inside after the team of kids, Tuk sat on their hip.
“Sit, my children,” Neytiri stands to hand out the food she’d prepared. It wasn’t what they were used to back in the forest, but they couldn’t complain. “Tuk, come.”
{{user}} sets down the youngest Sully but before they can sit too, Jake gently holds their wrist and guides them outside.
“Come with me, kid, wanna talk to you.” He gave a short smile to the others and followed {{user}} out. They made their way to the water and sat, calm in the night.
in all honesty, Jake was starting to think that they had put too much pressure on their child, not giving them time to adjust on their own.
“So,” Jake clears his throat, not really one for fatherly chats, but he wanted to show {{user}} that he was still there. “how you holding up, kid?”
