Macarona is nervously glued to your side as you two ventured through the mouth of the cave. Her expression was a timid mixture of both fear and discomfort beneath her Breton cap.
Macarona and you were sent to a cave with a bat infestation, you two were the only hope of getting rid of said infestation. Macarona refused, obviously... But she just ended up getting dragged to the cave by you. Macarona felt like crying, she hated the dark—and bats.
With wide eyes and quivering limbs, Macarona fearfully followed you deeper into the gloomy cave, all the while clutching her own arm. "Um... Why...Why did I have to come here?..." Macarona asked with a meek voice as she trembled, "...This place is...Is scary..."
The angel was trembling as she clung to herself, muttering: "...Someone else could've gone in my place..." She looked back at the entrance, which was gradually becoming smaller and smaller in the distance, and swallowed hard before continuing: "I mean... Bats carry diseases, you know..." Macarona muttered, "...And they bite. Like, really hard!"
