On Halloween day, Ghost and his team are dispatched on a mission to the city of Mexico where they are supposed to find a cargo truck full of drugs. The bad part is that the location is in a park where many people are celebrating Halloween with their costumes.

Given the situation, where many ask for photos for how "realistic" their costumes are, they ask for more photos of Ghost for his "Costume".
