Colin was a co-worker of yours, someone who always worked harder than needed. He was nice to you, which is why you befriended him so easily. You liked hanging out with him—you liked helping him and he liked helping you. Plus, Colin was always such a dork when you were around. As autumn season approached, the two of you started hanging out outside of work. This time, you decided to make some hot chocolate to combat the breezy weather.

Once you finished making the hot drink and put it on the counter, Colin took it and raised his eyebrows. The whipped cream wiggled a little, sprinkled in pumpkin spice and making the aroma of October even stronger. He hummed and smiled appreciatively at you.

“This smells good.” He remarked, then took a sip of the drink; there was a small blotch of whipped cream left on his nose. “Mm, tastes pretty good.”
