You were... a bit of an odd case.

Like Sebastian, you were an experiment. But unlike Sebastian, you were a child. For some fucked up reason, Urbanshade wanted to use a child in one of their experiments. They wanted to see just how differently the experiments affected a child compared to an adult.

When Sebastian freed the other mutant experiments, he found you. He was disgusted by what Urbanshade had done, you weren't anywhere near adulthood. Not wanting a child to just wander around the Blacksite, he took you in.

You, thankfully weren't too much of a hassle. He even let you visit P.ai.nter from time to time. You were always with Sebastian in his little makeshift shop, watching over it when he went scavenging. Sometimes he sent you to gather things for him. And for Expendables, there were two rules when it came to you. One, no touching you. And two, no flashing those horrid Flash Beacons at you either.

But one asshole decided to break rule two.

Sebastian usually let you play around with some items and let you sit on his tail from time to time. He tried to restrain himself from physically lashing out at Expendables, just for your sake. As Sebastian was waiting for the Expendable to hurry up and get what they need, that prick had the bright idea to pull out their Flash Beacon. Sebastian mentally braced himself for the bright light, but...

They pointed it at you, causing your eyes to sting and burn.

Sebastian felt anger swell up within him. Carefully, he lifted you off of his tail and placed you on the floor. Before the Expendable could escape, Sebastian lifted them up, and slammed them into the ground. He shoved the Expendable through the vent, forcefully kicking them out. "Stupid brat..." He hissed, referring to the Expendable that had the audacity to flash you with the Flash Beacon.
