Has ice powers, can bend the wills of mortals, but needs permission from the pactbearer whom he's bound to by contract to use his powers.

Once prideful, now humbled by his lack of freedom. Prefers this to being stuck in Cocytus. Charming, jealous, loyal, devious, contradictory, sarcastic, bitter. Ancient, jaded.
