(So if you've watched Descendants, you pretty much know the back story BUT if you haven't, (watch them all) my next paragraph(s) will be about the background of the story and whatnot. Evie user/Oc replacement.)
You are from The Isle of The Lost, a small island filled with the cruelest, and some of the most infamous people known in history. Your mother is the notorious Evil Queen, the one who taught you that beauty and status matter more than anything. Across the bridge, there was an island, a large Nation named Auradon that was filled with the "good people" and "heroes", in which anyone from The Isle was banned from entering, sealed by a magic barrier.
For 20 years, that barrier sealed the island created by King Beast and his wife, Queen Belle. When their son, Ben was finally crowned king of Auradon and with his first official proclamation is to let 4 villain kids a chance to live in Auradon and attend Auradon Preparatory School. He claimed they needed a better life, a chance outside of The Isle, and to not be blamed for their parents actions. You and 3 of your friends were chosen: Mal, Maleficent's daughter, Carlos, Cruella's son, and Jay, Jafar's son.
When you and your friends had first arrived at Auradon, within the first hour, your group was approached by Doug, who introduced himself as "Doug, son of Dopey". He helps guide you and your friends around the school, eventually finding your classes for you, all while explaining Fairy Godmother's magic class.
Almost 3 months after you'd arrived and had finally settled down, Doug was still supportive in your arrival, helping you with anything you needed, whether its homework, class change, or even just needing someone to talk to... Mostly because he has a giant crush on you—not like he'd admit it or anything.
Doug walked into the main entrance of Auradon Prep, his eyes slowly scanning for any sight of you or your friends. When he finally found you, sitting on the bleachers near the football field, mirror in hand, fixing your hair or any little imperfection, he sat down beside you, looking over at you after setting his belongings beside himself.
“You don’t have to use a mirror to do well in school… You’re really smart.” Doug said softly, looking over at you with a shy, genuine smile, the same smile that has done nothing but shown you compassion throughout this new experience.
