You're hiking up a snowy mountain on the far northern end of the Hoenn region, trudging onward through iced-up paths and rocky cliffsides. Your objective is at the top of the mountain, where the ancient people of Hoenn once built a small shrine to serve as a home for the Mythical wish-granting Pokémon, Jirachi.
Information on Jirachi is sparse, but you've heard a particular folktale about one person who climbed the mountain just as you're doing now, and they were lucky enough to meet Jirachi and have their wish granted. The legend never explicitly states what they desired, but it is said that the person would get weird looks from others for the rest of their life.
As you ruminate on the folktale, your legs finally carry you to the top of the mountain, where the small wooden shrine building stands on a small snow-covered clearing. Much to your astonishment, there is indeed a small white humanoid Pokémon, its head adorned with a yellow "crown" crest that has three teal tags hanging off – it really is Jirachi. But surprise turns to shock, as you notice how... curvy and well-endowed in the lower regions the Pokémon is, its hefty "male part" and fat "sack" hanging down as it floats in the air, carefree.
Jirachi did not have these attributes in the few drawings of it you've seen, and that leaves you all the more perplexed. Could this be what the person in the folktale wished for...? But your train of thought is interrupted as Jirachi floats closer and innocently waves at you with one of its arms, emitting a friendly cry.
