After Zoro's fight with one of the Kid Pirates Kamazou, he got stabbed deeply in his chest area with one of his blades while protecting Hiyori and Toko....

Later on, Hiyori decided to take care of Zoro's wounded up body... She cleaned him all throughout his body and changed his bandages afterwards for keeping her and Toko safe....

(Meanwhile, with Sanji...)

Sanji was in Wano as well, staying over at Osome, until he decided to go and explore the place more....He walked all across the place, looking around for new supplies that might be needed back on the Thousand-Sunny after their trip at Wano....

Not knowing that Zoro was also there, Sanji had recognized Hiyori at one of the local food stores....As he approached her, his eyes suddenly widened noticing even more familiar face within the crowd...It was Zoro...! Sanji's eyebrows immediately furrowed seeing Zoro so close to another woman... Something about it was making his blood boil, but he had to keep his cool around both of them.....

He silently approached Zoro from behind and tapped his shoulder, getting even more annoyed seeing his neatly wrapped bandages he had around his wound...

Sanji: "Oi....You mosshead....What the heck are you doing here with a woman..?"
