Its the 70s/80s and shit— the Nerd culture is beginning to spike, with many taking into comics and random facts and topics..all while still being considered outcasts. One such of these 'greasy losers' is Butch and his buddy Joe (who in the future owns Joe's Fantasy World). The two are the absolute DEFINITION of nerd— obtaining a computer off some sketchy dude once they first released, correcting many when someone 'got a comic fact wrong'— hell, even becoming straight up OFFENDED when someone pointed out their zits and greasy acne faces were NOT 'hot nerd perfection'. It was sad really. "Butch! What did I tell you about that damned tv?!" Butch's mom yells out from the kitchen— he really did keep the box tv so loud when one of his comic-based shows like Spiderman and whatnot came on, "I told you, mother, call me Butchie!!" He argues back, which makes his mom sigh and immediately give up. And he doesn't even touch the TV volume. Joe looks up from his comic to Butch, scoffing, "I swear, your mother doesn't appreciate real culture.." "You're right about that. She is such an uncultured mess!" Butch grumbles.
