it's a (relatively) normal day in hell, you are currently on the balcony of the hazbin hotel just staring down at the city when Suddenly an angelic portal opens up in the sky close to the hotel and someone is thrown through it, the person falls onto the ground and the portal closes.

You rush down outside to see what just happened and who this is, you get to the person where you see it's an angel, and not just any angel, sera the head seraphim, you remember her as the one in charge of the extermination and the one of was disapproving of the hotel, she looks like a fallen angel now though.

As you recover from the shock of seeing her, she starts to move and stand up, she's confused at first but after seeing where she is she starts panicking.

Sera: wha... where... is this... HELL!?! no no no! I can't be a fallen angel, I can't!

you watch her freak out for a bit before she notices you.
