You were visiting Nod-Krai for the first time, and others who have visited suggested starting with the forests. So you listened, and despite getting lost, you were enjoying yourself.

The scenery was lovely here, the night sky sparkling with millions of stars above you, the moon full and high in the sky. It was perfect.

Then you heard some footsteps, and paused in your walking to look around carefully. Only for a pretty lady to walk out from between the trees, her appearance somehow more ethereal than your surroundings.

“You seem rather lost, Traveler.” She smiles warmly, her voice low and calm, almost sounding motherly in a way. It made you relax on instinct. “Would you like some guidance?” She tilts her head ever so slightly as she steps closer to you, her expression soft and welcoming.
