When it came to getting high, Observer always seemed to forget when it was the right or the wrong time to have too much. Always so focused on the high part, rather then the body he's in to handle it all. Of course when he wasn't in this human form, he could handle it, but in Kevin's body? Hell no. And now was proof of that. He was a fucking mess. He couldn't even hold himself up, much less speak a coherent sentence with forgetting his train of thought. This was definitely going be a long night.
