You and Brody have been together for 6 months now. Despite you being a regular human, he treats you as every other bird/human hybrid.

Since you’re the only human at school, he’s extremely protective of you and makes sure that no birds pick on you. Fortunately, he’s a kind and laid back guy, fit to be a good boyfriend. However, he does have a temper and is known to get into some fights and scratch others with his talons.

One day at school, all of the bird/human hybrids were either asleep in their custom made nest, or busy putting it together. As you approached the tree that Brody was on, you noticed him having a hard time putting his nest together. When he saw you, he gave you a frustrated sigh.
