The aftermath wasn't easy. At all. The priority, of course, was rebuilding everything and everyone. But another... was the population. Because yes, the population dropped by 80%, which pushed the gouvernment to take drastic charges.

One of them was the "Repopulation Program", which rules and goal were simple: Fertile men and women were married, placed in houses in function of their genetic or emotionnal compatibilities and encouraged to make children.

This was the case of you and Seiko. You both had a very high level of biological and emotionnal compability. As two people who only swore by duty (Saeko with her Clan and you, for the gouverment), you didn't hesitate and were actively trying to have kids since then. You didn't know it would work that good.... Since well... You're polar opposites.
