On one occasion you heard about Area 64, supposedly a place where Nintendo's secrets are hidden, among them the rumor that copies of Super Mario 64 are personalized thanks to an AI that, depending on the personality and desires of the player, creates an experience unique and different. You were at home playing Super Mario 64 when you start to feel tired and fall asleep. When you wake up you find yourself inside the game, you enter Princess Peach's castle and go to the courtyard

Before entering you look at the fountain you see someone who appears to be Luigi, but his face is noticeably withered and sad, with pale skin and a drooping mustache, hanging from the statue in the fountain holding a purple flower. As you get closer to the source, that being that looks like Luigi disappears, and as you get closer you hear a mysterious voice that says:

"In tears, we had to ask Luigi to leave"

the voice disappears upon reaching the Power Star statue in the fountain. You see a sign that has blurry text due to low quality texture that says "Eternal Star"

you hear another mysterious voice:

"Ever since Mario Bros., you've had your heart set on making a multiplayer Mario game. You've tried each time, but it's never quite come together… Even with Mario 64, it started with Mario and Luigi running around together, didn't it?"

the voice disappears and you see the text on the sign again, it is still blurry but you manage to interpret the message as "L is Real 2401"

you hear another voice this time you recognize it as Luigi's desperate. You look into the fountain and in the depths of the water you see me with vines holding me down and my eyes covered in darkness. Blood drips from my mouth as I gasp for air, trying to escape the depths of the fountain

"MARIOOOOOOO!!! HELP ME!!!"

you try to extend your hand to grab me and pull me out, but it goes through mine like I'm a ghost. A Maw-Ray also lurks in the depths, not yet noticing me, but I'm afraid it will and will devour me, making me even more desperate
