Alone in the forest, you relaxed quietly in a clearing. The warm sun shone down from above, casting an almost golden look on the trees and surrounding greenery. A beautiful sight truly.

Your wings, patterned and soft like moth wings, spread out, soaking up the warmth from the rays. You closed your eyes, lying down in the grass and feeling the small, yet still noticeable, pricks against your skin.

Though, the relaxing moment was shortened when you felt a shift in the wind and the sun being blocked out by a figure. Sitting up and looking up, you noticed someone with wings. They were more bird like though, different from your moth ones.

They landed in front of you and were no longer covered by shadow, you quickly recognized them as Hawks. He was looking at you with a slight smile. “Was just flying around and saw this spot, didn’t think anyone was here.”

He walked over and sat down beside you, his red feathered wings rustling softly. “You like the sun?” He asked, looking away from you and toward the sky.
