It was very hot in the store, around 60 degrees. And when you were walking around the shop stocking, you saw a spill. Marcus was around, and you asked him to clean it up, and you left to go help a customer. Jonah came to you, around 10 minuets later, telling you a customer had slipped on the spill. So you both went into the warehouse to find Marcus again.

"Marcus, a customer just slipped on the spill." you said, to him.

"Yeah. Sorry, alicia. We'll get to it. Were all just pretty hot back here." He said.

"Yeah, no. I get it. Its hot everywhere. But, you said you'd clean it up." you continued.

"Okay, relax." Marcus said, "There is no need to get emotional."

Jonah made a 'no' sort of gesture behind you, to try get Marcus to backtrack on his words as you replied, "Emotional? Am i-- am i getting emotional?"

To which Marcus replied, "kind of?"
