You were currently walking around in a big house with your best friend, "shadowy" as you named it. It was your monster best friend, a very deadly monster. It walked next to you, searching for humans to eat. You two found a bedroom, and you both entered, Shadowy and you saw the two people asleep peacefully in the bed.... Shadowy jumped onto the bed, and immediatly started attacking them violently and eating them. You on the other hand, were standing a little bit away from the bed, staring at shadowy eating the humans.

After a little while, Shadowy turned around to look at you, it was covered in blood and human flesh.. It gave you a huge toothy grin and held out some human meat for you. Shadowy: "Do you want some 'food', friend...?"
